In his role, Tomos oversees internal, external, and executive communications, collaborating with top-tier print and broadcast media to enhance the firm’s brand across the EMEA region. He also coordinates the division’s involvement in paid media, sponsorships, and events.

Joining Bank of America in 2005, Tomos brings to the role over 25 years of experience as a marketing communications professional in both the private and public sectors.

His career has included both consultancy and in-house roles at organizations such as Text100, FTI Consulting, The Welsh Assembly Government, and BNY Mellon. Tomos has provided marketing and communications guidance to public bodies, listed companies, and small entrepreneurial businesses across various industries, both within the UK and internationally. He has a proven record in defining, developing, and implementing communications strategies, media relations, budget management, team leadership, and agency support. His early career was in the FMCG sector.

Tomos holds a Postgraduate Diploma from The Cardiff School of Journalism, Media and Cultural Studies, and a degree in Geology from Cardiff University.

He has held positions as a Council Member of the PRCA (CMPRCA), Secretary of both the London and Wales branches of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations, and has previously been a board member of Wales in London, a networking organization for Welsh professionals in London. He was a member of the Court of Cardiff University from 2011 to 2019.
