To celebrate the centenary of her birth, Simon Brooks will discuss the Birkenhead-born Welsh-language novelist, Marion Eames. Central to her work are religious and ethnic tolerance, often within the Welsh diaspora where ethnic identity is both ambiguous and under threat.
