About the Author
Sir Emyr Jones Parry is a career diplomat. Formerly the British Permanent Representative to the United Nations, he was appointed Chairman of the All Wales Convention set up by the Welsh Assembly Government in 2007 to review the constitutional framework of the Assembly. He is currently the President of Aberystwyth University.
